题目：Tangent cones of asymptotically flat 4-manifolds with cone structure

摘要：It was proved by Petrunin and Tuschmann around 2000 that for an asymptotically flat 4-manifold whose tangent cone is a metric cone, the tangent cone can only be R^4, R^3, or the half-plane H. They further conjectured that the half-plane actually cannot be realized. In this talk we give a proof of this conjecture. Joint work with Song Sun.
